Unit 3: Trigonometry of General Triangles and Trigonometric Functions

In this unit we will begin to investigate these ideas in the form of triangles and then use these ideas to prove the Law of Sines and Law of Cosines. Finding the unknown measures of a triangle is an important concept in trigonometry. We will then begin to investigate the ideas expanding our knowledge from triangles to the unit circle. With this, we will begin to convert the measures of the angle into radian measures on the unit circle and then graph the functions on a coordinate plane.
